Troy Chamber sponsored - Build a Life That Works For You Workshop

  • Stanfield Manor Workspaces 1900 West Stanfield Road Troy, OH, 45373 United States (map)

Build a Life That Works For You is a guided, four-part series offered through the SMW

Collective Life Improvement Center. Designed for individuals, teams, and organizations, this

series supports meaningful, sustainable growth by addressing the whole person including

mind, body, relationships, work, and well-being. Rather than quick fixes or one-off workshops, this series follows the natural stages required to build a life that truly works by setting you up for success.

This Series is a one day event including all 4 areas: Excavating, Foundation, Structure and Operational.

1. Excavating - Clearing what’s in the way and preparing the groundwork

Before anything new can be built, we must clear what’s blocking progress. This segment

focuses on releasing stored stress and outdated patterns and paradigms that quietly keep

people stuck.

Facilitators:

Tanya Sarvay

Releases trauma and stress stored in the body energetically without requiring participants to

relive or retell difficult experiences creating a sense of safety, grounding, and relief.

2. Foundation - Creating a strong base through self-understanding

A solid foundation begins with understanding and being at peace with yourself. This segment

helps participants gain insight into how they think, feel, and operate so they stop forcing

change and start working with their natural design.

Facilitators:

Elle Hart – Feel Empowered Every Day

Personal Process Advisor who helps individuals and teams understand their unique

strengths, patterns, and natural way of operating offering clarity that reduces frustration,

burnout, and misalignment both personally and professionally.

Sam Augaitis-Elzey – Compassionate Counseling

Mental health therapist who supports participants in understanding how life experiences

influence patterns, why certain behaviors show up the way they do, and what may be

standing in the way of self growth.

3. Structure - Supporting the system that holds everything up

Without health and wellness supporting the structure, even the best intentions can fall apart.

This segment addresses the physical and energetic systems that sustain daily life.

Facilitators

Dr. Libby Wilson – Best Life Functional Medicine

Functional medicine physician specializing in identifying root causes of what’s happening in

the body offering tools and insight to move beyond “normal” and toward optimal health.

Christi Robinson – Live a Little Free Holistic Health Coach

Acts as a bridge between practitioner recommendations and practical, real-life application

offering coaching support and realistic protocols for women in midlife.

4. Operational - Putting the life you built into motion

Once the structure is in place, daily life begins to run inside it. This segment focuses on

practical tools for leadership, work, finances, and decision-making, helping participants

function with intention instead of hitting the same wall over and over.

Facilitators

Teanna Lambert – Budgeting & Financial Coaching

Helps participants make the most of their money in a way that supports both responsibility

and enjoyment without deprivation or overwhelm.

Maintenance - Continuing to live well inside what you’ve built

After a home is move-in ready, it still needs care to keep everything running smoothly.

Participants leave the series with clarity about which supports, tools, and professionals can

help them maintain momentum and continue improving their lives over time, whether

individually, collaboratively, or through the Collective as a whole. We are here to support you

in maintaining the life that works for you.
